These are the early days of Impada.org. Much of what has been written here is theoretical in nature; theory often changes as real life experience either exposes flaws or reveals better options. As you read explanations, descriptions and action plans throughout this website, you may have better ideas about how to progress with the mission and vision of Impada.org. We and the future we envision together welcome your ideas.
The Strategy Team
Around the world, 70 million psychopaths impact the human condition in millions of ways. After the initial step of learning about the syndrome of predatory leadership, there is no single strategy to address all the conditions and circumstances initiated and sustained by psychopaths in positions of power and those working around and behind those in power. What works to end corruption in one town will be different from what is required to end human trafficking in another town. Addressing overfishing of depleted species in one region of the ocean will require different strategies in a different culture in another region of the ocean.
What is consistent in all manner of difficult, challenging and deadly circumstances around the world is the consistency of the PL mindset of those perpetuating social injustice in all those circumstances: narcissistic self entitlement; lack of empathy; lack of conscience or remorse and a mindset that the oppressor is the only victim in his worldview. Understanding these behavioral patterns and the neurological factors that make those patterns unchangeable will help you create effective game plans tailored to factor those behaviors into your strategies.
A strategy may be as simple as bringing daylight into a local government that operates behind the scenes. It could involve starting a campaign to change onerous business practices that keep small farms from competing with big agribusinesses. Each condition or corrupt operator will require its own strategies. This link describes citizen actions around the world acting to fight corruption: https://hbr.org/2013/01/when-the-crowd-fights-corruption/ar/1
I envision a future in which Impada.org has offices in major cities in all nations around the world. If you decide to open one of those offices and run campaigns from there, or anywhere for that matter, you are on the Strategy Team. The infrastructure has yet to be built; the funding mechanisms are still being developed but after years of thinking, hypothesizing and strategizing, we are closer than ever before to become one of the most positive change agents the planet has ever known. Welcome aboard.
